Refund Policy

All our products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which means your purchase is eligible for either a replacement or a refund of equal value if you are not completely satisfied. If you wish for a replacement or refund, you have 30 days from receiving your items to contact us at to make your request.

When contacting us for your refund or replacement, please provide us with your:
• Full Name
• Order ID #
• Issue Description

We handle replacements on an equal value-basis.
If you are interested in a replacement for a product you purchased, in most cases we will replace it with exactly what you ordered.
In the case that we cannot replace your order with the product(s) you purchased, we will ask you to select new product(s) before sending your replacements.
Once we have sent your replacement, we will notify you with confirmation of shipment and an estimated delivery date.
Replacements are made to order and are delivered within 15 business days.If your replacement has not arrived within 15 days following replacement confirmation, please contact us.

In the case that you are not interested in a replacement, we can gladly refund the product(s) on your order that did not meet your expectations. Let us know which products on your order you would like refunded and we will be happy to help. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Goods Received
It’s rare, but if you receive damaged, missing, or wrong goods, we will gladly work with you to settle the issue as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you attach a photo of the issue to your message when you contact us so we can determine what steps to take.

No Returns/Exchanges
Unfortunately, because our products are food items, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges. However, we can certainly refund or replace your purchase. If we refund or replace your purchase, you are welcome to keep the original items!
